OUR VISION FOR YOUTH MINISTRIES

Is to rise up a generation of students who desire to live

and walk in the presence and consciousness of God,

and live a life alive and empowered by the Holy Spirit.

OUR PASSIONS

That students will have a real encounter with the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit indwells in

each one of us when we receive Jesus into our hearts. But we want to be empowered by

the Spirit! The Holy Spirit can be just as active and real in a child's life, as He can be in a

teen's, or as He can be in a Pastor's life. There are no age restrictions for the Holy Spirit!

Love like Jesus. Showing the love of Christ to others in everything we do can be the one of the greatest evidences of Christ's own love in our life. Whether it be volunteering after school, tutoring a friend, befriending someone who is being bullied at school, buying lunch for someone, there is no limit to what showing God's love looks like.

Desire truth and wisdom. In today's day and age exists a lack of discernment about is right and wrong, and wisdom about how to conduct our lives according to God's purpose and will for each of us. Teaching and discipleship we will grow in both of these areas by going through God's Word empowering students to live outward for Christ.

FOUNDATIONAL VERSES

Don't let anyone think less of you because you are young. Be an EXAMPLE to all believers in what you say, in the way you live, in your love, your faith, and your purity.

Romans 8:10

If Christ is in you, though the body is dead because of sin, yet the SPIRIT IS ALIVE because of righteousness.

 

Ephesians 2:4 & 5

But God, who is rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us, even when we were dead in trespasses, made us ALIVE TOGETHER WITH CHRIST (by grace you have been saved).
