Re-united.jpg

The time has finally come!  THIS SUNDAY we will be re-entering our building for the first time since March and we are so very excited to see you!  Out of our love for everyone in our community, we ask that you please review the following guidelines prior to attending:

-- WHAT YOU CAN DO --

     - If you are feeling sick or are un-well we ask that you please stay home.  Likewise, if you have been exposed to a COVID positive person or have tested positive yourself, please stay at home for at least 14 days and join us online.

     - Make sure to wash your hands often and use hand sanitizer.  Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.

     - We are not mandating the wearing of masks, however we have asked the congregation to consider wearing a mask out of love, respect and care for others who may be at higher risk.

     - Be mindful and respectful of others and their needs and desires to social distance.  Avoid hugging and shaking hands.

     - We request that while in the sanctuary you leave 3 empty seats between your family and the next and sit in alternate rows, leaving an empty row in front of and behind yourself.

     - This will be a family-friendly service, so we are asking you to have your children sit with you for the duration of the service.

     - Please do not gather in the hallway or foyer.  Group conversations can easily be moved outside the building out of respect for others.

     - Maintain an attitude of grace!  This is a challenging and unprecedented time for EVERYONE.  Please bear with us as we come together as a family and try to figure out the best path forward in the weeks to come!

-- WHAT WE WILL DO --

     - We will be posting signage around the building to enforce the guidelines above.

     - Our building will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.

     - Our doors will be kept propped open to allow for contactless entry.

     - Our ushers will help to maintain proper seating arrangements in the sanctuary.

     - We will NOT be serving coffee or any of our other regular snacks for the time being.

     - Our Fellowship Hall will stream the service and will be available as a mask-only area for those who are uncomfortable in a setting where some choose not to wear a mask.

     - During service we will NOT collect a regular offering with the passing of baskets.  Instead we are asking that you either deposit your gifts in the lock boxes at the back of the sanctuary or utilize our online giving at crimsonway.org/give.

     - We will continue to stream our services online (as always) for anyone that does not feel comfortable being back in the building yet.

     - Our children's area will be closed for the time being and will reopen in the near future.  Until then we will strive to keep our sanctuary services family-friendly and will offer various activities in the weeks to come to help engage the younger generations.

Please keep in mind that all of these guidelines have been put in place out of a heart of love for everyone around us and not out of a spirit of fear.  In the weeks to come please stay tuned for more announcements regarding the re-launch of other in-person ministries around the church!

We love you all!

The Crimson Way Team

With everything going on in this current season our food pantry has been all but depleted!  We are asking that you consider making donations over the next few weeks towards the needy families in our area that have already been blessed by this ministry.  You can bring your donations on Sunday and we will make sure that they go to a needy family right away.  You can also make a monetary donation in person or on our website!  100% of these proceeds will be used to buy more groceries to be distributed immediately.  If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Jessica at jgonzalez@crimsoncharities.org.

You can download a list of donation ideas below, but please note that there is a specific need for baby food and formula!

For the time being we will be continuing with our Wednesday night Zoom meetings.  Join us as we come together virtually to share our hearts for our families, our church and our world!  Stay tuned for some outdoor meetings coming soon!
